The scheme was first made public at our AGM in December and we are pleased to confirm it will begin on April 1 next and full details and a list of all the participating businesses in the parish will be released soon ........................... Watch this space! - Slane v Moynalty Sun. 05/2/2012 Match Report -- Slane GFC Juvenile Section 2012 Slane GFC Juvenile Coaches The new year has dawned and soon our underage teams will be back in action. Year on year our juvenile section continues to grow and we expect 2012 will be no different. As such, the club is hoping to train in new coaches this year to complement our existing coaches and to ensure that the club is fully resourced to meet our growing numbers. We are therefore inviting and encouraging anyone interested in becoming involved in coaching in the club to come forward. We are also asking if any existing members are aware of anyone who is keen to get involved in the club, to please pass on this information and the details below to them. Details of upcoming courses are outlined below and anyone interested in attaining Foundation Level just let the club know and we will arrange to have your name put on the list for the course of your choice.The club’s assistant secretary, John Greene, has been appointed as Club Juvenile Coaching Co-Ordinator for 2012. This is a new position which has been created by the GAA and every club is now required to nominate a Co-Ordinator at the start of each year. The club shortly intends to hold a meeting of coaches to set out plans for the year ahead.Existing coaches and new coaches who wish to attend this meeting and be involved in coaching in our juvenile section this year please register your interest by emailing
